  • The Sales Administrator provides daily administrative support to the Sales Operations and Partner Success team and sales channels to improve productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency.
The Sales Administrator communicates with internal team members at all levels, effectively establishing and building working relationships. Position responsibilities

  • Handle ticket creation and monitoring for CRM changes and improvements
  • Perform user acceptance testing
