Salesforce Administrator

Overview Our client in Richmond, VA is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support a recently launched Salesforce Service Cloud environment. This is a hands-on, collaborative role focused on configuration, user support, and ongoing platform enhancements. This position is ideal for a mid-level Salesforce professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and being actively involved in solution delivery. Key Responsibilities + Configure Salesforce using declarative tools (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, security settings, and page layouts) + Support integrations with external systems in partnership with developers and architects + Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and business stakeholders + Participate in client meetings, including onsite sessions in the Richmond area + Troubleshoot system issues, test solutions, and assist with deployments + Document system configurations and adhere to established delivery standards Required Qualifications + 2-4 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience + Experience supporting or implementing Salesforce integrations + Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail + Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams + Comfortable in a client-facing, collaborative environment + Must be located in or near Richmond, VA and able to work onsite 2-3 days per week Preferred Qualifications + Salesforce Administrator Certification What This Opportunity Offers ✅ Collaborative, team-oriented environment ✅ Direct client interaction and meaningful business impact ✅ Hands-on configuration and system enhancement work Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
