We are currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator to provide ongoing support maintaining our Salesforce platform. This role is designed for a logical problem-solver who goes beyond basic maintenance. We need someone who understands the "why" behind business processes and can build scalable, long-term solutions, specifically using Salesforce Flow, to drive user efficiency across the entire organization. This position promises an opportunity to be part of an exciting, dynamic, and collaborative team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Process & Automation Leadership:
Lead the design, documentation, and maintenance of complex Salesforce Flows. Transition legacy processes into modern, efficient automation.
Logical Troubleshooting:
Act as the primary lead for help desk ticket triage. Use a systematic process of elimination to diagnose root causes and coordinate solutions with internal teams and outside consultants.
Agile Problem Solving:
Management of incoming requests, delivering immediate tactical resolutions for end-users while ensuring all changes adhere to platform best practices and Standards long-term goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Sales, Business Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Warehouse, and Technical departments to map out and achieve effective, accessible processes.
Strategic Planning:
Balance point-of-need support with long-term project work and system modernizations. Maintain a roadmap for future platform enhancements and technical debt reduction.
System Governance:
Manage essential admin functions including user accounts, permission sets, groups, licensing, and package management.
Data & Auditing:
Complete regular internal system audits, prepare for seasonal upgrades, and maintain high data integrity through
SOQL/SQL
querying and reporting.
Liaison & Training:
Act as the bridge between end-users, vendors, and the IT Department. Assist in training new users to strengthen the organization's overall Salesforce skill set. All other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Experience Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred. Salesforce Certification(s) are a significant plus.
Technical Savvy:
Minimum 2-4 years of Salesforce Administrator experience. Strong proficiency in Lightning Flow is a must.
Logical Reasoning:
Exceptional ability to troubleshoot through deductive reasoning, process of elimination and systematic testing.
Platform Knowledge:
Experience with Salesforce packages such as CPQ or Revenue Cloud, Field Service, and/or ERP packages is strongly preferred.
ERP Familiarity:
Prior experience assisting with the implementation of at least one ERP system is a plus.
Data Skills:
Experience with SOQL and/or SQL for querying and manipulating larger data volumes.
Project Delivery:
A documented history of successfully driving both tactical improvements and long-term projects to completion.
Communication:
Clear and professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with a focus on great customer service and relationship management. We follow an adaptive work policy that supports a hybrid approach, and we're looking for candidates who are based within a reasonable proximity to the office.
Pay:
$105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
