Salesforce Administrator - Account Engagement (Contract)
Contract:
1-year contract (starting early July)
Schedule:
Full-time, 8-hour shift
Location:
Fully remote (U.S. only, excluding Hawaii)
Pay:
$28-$30/hour We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support a growing team during a critical phase of system enhancements and optimization. This role will focus on maintaining and improving the Salesforce platform, with a strong emphasis on Account Engagement (Pardot), user support, and system cleanup following the launch of a new grants management system. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, improving processes, and supporting end users in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day Salesforce support, responding to user inquiries and troubleshooting issues (approx. 60% support) Manage and resolve system bugs, backlog items, and enhancement requests related to Salesforce and the grants management system Support Account Engagement (Pardot) functionality, including marketing and account-side workflows Assist with system improvements and automation (approx. 40% enhancements), including workflows and process optimization Maintain and update data within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency Track and manage tickets using helpdesk tools (e.g., Jira, SolarWinds) Collaborate with internal teams to support Phase 2 system improvements and integrations Support ongoing system integration efforts and help streamline processes across platforms Participate in documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications 2-3+ years of Salesforce experience (required) Minimum 1 year of experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) Experience troubleshooting user issues and supporting high-volume environments Strong understanding of Salesforce automation (flows, workflows) Experience with data cleanup, reporting, and system maintenance Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing tools (Jira, SolarWinds, or similar) Experience with project management tools (Asana or similar) Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Administrator certification (or currently in a Salesforce Admin role) Experience with grants management systems (GMS), ideally Impact GMS or AmpImpact Background in nonprofit organizations a plus Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and system integrity Ideal Candidate Strong problem solver who can balance user support and system enhancements Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently Effective communicator with a customer-service mindset Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
