We are seeking a mid-level Salesforce Administrator to join our team — someone who can independently manage day-to-day admin operations and drive process improvements, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite in Draper, UT. Key Responsibilities As a Salesforce Admin, you will: Customize and Configure:
Build and maintain Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, flows, record types, page layouts, and reports. Support Teams:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce best practices. Integrate Systems:
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other business systems using external services, plugins, and middleware. Optimize Performance:
Continuously optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and user experience. Maintain Security:
Ensure data security and compliance within the Salesforce environment, including managing user permissions and roles. Innovate:
Keep up with Salesforce releases and features, recommending improvements that benefit the organization. Troubleshoot Issues:
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency:
1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Salesforce Knowledge:
Strong proficiency in declarative tools — flows, process builder, custom objects, reports, dashboards, and security/permissions management. Problem Solver:
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Collaborative:
Works well in a team environment, with strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Training & Enablement:
