Salesforce Admin/QA

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator / QA Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of our Salesforce implementations . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software testing, with a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, automation testing, and defect management.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement changes to Salesforce Objects/Fields based on customer feedback Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define test requirements and acceptance criteria . Identify, document, and track defects and report to the team. Ensure compliance with internal best practices . Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Salesforce applications . Experience with manual testing approaches . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. At least one Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of one of the following: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud . Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments .

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
