Who you are:
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Analyst, Administrator, or similar supporting enterprise environments Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, objects, validation rules, security) and tools like Conga (or similar) and Docusign Proven ability to gather requirements from stakeholders, including C-suite, and translate them into scalable solutions U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident What you'll do: Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver effective Salesforce solutions Configure and manage Salesforce, including flows, objects, reports, dashboards, and user access/security Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams and vendors Support integrations, releases, and data quality initiatives across the Salesforce ecosystem Why work here: High-visibility role supporting executive leadership and revenue-driving teams Collaborative team environment with strong technical partnership and mentorship Company is investing in AI and modern Salesforce enhancements Hybrid flexibility with a Honolulu-based team and strong team camaraderie What does this position pay?
