As a Database Administrator, you will be part of the Digital Enablement department supporting a dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • 140K salary, based on experience (contract-to-hire) What's the Job?
Administer and optimize Azure SQL Managed Instance environments, including high availability, failover groups, and disaster recovery configurations Manage SQL listeners and Always On availability groups supporting internal applications Monitor and tune database performance, including query optimization, indexing strategies, and resource governance Oversee backup, restore, and point-in-time recovery procedures to meet RPO/RTO objectives Lead capacity planning, storage allocation, and cost optimization across the Azure data estate What's Needed? 7+ years of database administration experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity Deep expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL Managed Instance Strong experience with the broader Azure ecosystem, including Blob Storage, private endpoints, virtual networks, and security configuration Proven experience managing high-availability solutions (Always On availability groups, SQL listeners, failover groups) Experience administering SFTP-based data exchange with external parties What's in it for me?
