Performs advance business analysis using various techniques, e.g., data mining, predictive modeling. Ensures the use of business intelligence applications enhances business decision making capabilities. The role is collaborative with other departments, lead various large scale high-profile projects, huge impact in business making decisions, and provide guidance to BI resources. Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent) Design, develop and implement scalable and high-performance data pipelines that performs ETL loads into enterprise repository Collaborate with various business units to gather requirements, transforms the requirements into technical solutions Write efficient store procedures/packages, provide operational support, diagnose, and resolves production issues, superior troubleshooting skills Develop code to extract data from various cloud environments (Azure, Snowflake) and stage the data on Prem Create dataset from staged environment for AI team, upload the dataset to AI cloud environment Collaborate with AI team to understand the data requirements, perform data mapping, extract the required data from multiple source systems Proficient in writing advance T SQLs, write store procs, developing SSRS reports, troubleshoot existing reports, suggest, and apply appropriate fixes Independently review and schedule new jobs, resolves performance issues stemming from inefficient queries Lead efforts in troubleshoot query performance issues, pro-actively collaborate with DBA team to resolve query/database locking Review the existing integrations (ETL Extract Transform Load) of legacy/new systems process, suggest and lead design modifications Lead effort in peer code review before promoting to production, ensures production stability is maintained Support, maintain and document BI functionality, regularly review and update document on share-point Key Responsibilities & Skills Advanced Business Analysis Data Mining & Predictive Modeling Business Intelligence Enablement Requirement Gathering & Translation ETL Development & Integration Scalable Data Pipeline Design AI Dataset Creation & Provisioning Cross-Functional Collaboration Large-Scale Project Leadership Peer Code Review & Production Stability BI Documentation & SharePoint Management SQL (T-SQL) Expertise Power BI Reporting Performance Tuning & Query Optimization Production Support & Issue Resolution Technical Skills ETL Development / Data Integration
