Senior SQL Server DBA:
Support SQL Server and MySQL environments, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery. Engage in performance tuning, optimization, and incident response, including root-cause analysis. Operate within cloud environments, particularly AWS RDS and Aurora, with a strong emphasis on production database support. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, providing Level 3 escalation support. Collaborate with our client's team to maintain operational ownership and technical direction. Required Skills for Senior SQL Server DBA:
Over 6 years of experience as a SQL Server and/or MySQL DBA in a production environment. Expertise in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and HA/DR configurations. Proficiency in database monitoring, alerting tools, and execution plan analysis. Experience with AWS-based database environments is preferred.
