Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands on experience in Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning FSL specifically around Work Orders Service Appointments scheduling dispatch and end to end field service operations. Key Responsibilities Core Delivery Service Cloud FSL Design and develop solutions using Service Cloud FSL centered on Work Orders Work Order Line Items Service Appointments Assets and EntitlementsSLAs Configure and extend FSL scheduling dispatch capabilities Service Territories Service Resources Skills Operating Hours Travel Policies Scheduling Policies Work Rules Objectives and Optimization where applicable Dispatcher workflows Gantt and console enhancements configuration and or LWC Build and enhance technician workflows on Field Service Mobile including offline online behavior forms checklists and guided flows Implement automation using Flows validation rules approvals and service process automations aligned to business outcomes Build reusable components with Lightning Web Components LWC for service operations dispatch and technician experiences Required Skills Experience Must Have Handson Strong Salesforce development Apex Triggers
