Data Center Technician

Teksystems has a client in the Upstate, SC area that needs to add a Data Center Analyst to their team. The role is slated as a long term/on-going contract. Available to be onsite 100% in the Upstate SC area. The client needs a Server Analyst Lead with hands‑on experience supporting Dell PowerEdge XE platforms in high‑volume data center environments, specializing in server diagnostics, break/fix, BIOS/UEFI configuration, and Linux‑based hardware validation. In his current role, he leads diagnostics and repair operations for GPU‑accelerated, liquid‑cooled Dell AI servers, performing root‑cause analysis using iDRAC/IPMI and Linux tools while mentoring technicians and ensuring fast turnaround in ticket‑driven, production data center operations.
