Minimum qualifications:

Experience in mechanical/heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), or electrical. Ability to work non-standard hours. Ability to participate in material handling tasks such as lifting, carrying or moving up to 50 lbs of equipment, the required use of OSHA standard safety equipment such as limited weight bearing work platforms, ladders, step stools and personal protective equipment (PPE) like safety harnesses.

Preferred qualifications:

Associate's degree, trade school certification, or related training program certification in a relevant technical field (eg. CMCO, SMT, etc.). Experience as an apprenticeship or in a technician level in a critical environment. Ability to learn quickly and address issues as they arise during normal working hours or when on-call. Ability to perform repetitive technical and manual work. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $67,000-$94,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Contribute to operations, maintenance, and repairs of non-production facilities systems. Assist executive technicians (e.g., assess a system's working order or read blueprints/schematics). Follow approved procedures and acquire knowledge of procedural development processes. Assist in the resolution of tickets and work orders and acquire knowledge of work order and ticket workflow. Complete all assigned training as scheduled and be available to work on shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
