Responsibilities:

Structured cabling / low-voltage installs Fiber pulling, dressing, labeling, and testing Fiber splicing and terminations Rack and cabinet work Device mounting / hardware installs Cable tray and pathway work Testing, troubleshooting, and cleanup General data center technician work

Requirements:

Some related field experience required Experience using hand tools and job-site tools OSHA 10 required Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Dependable and able to work well with a team

Compensation:

Data Center Technicians:

starting at $2,000 per week opportunity to grow up to $2,500 per week

Fiber Splicers:

starting at $2,500 per week splicers who also perform technician work can grow up to $3,000 per week This position offers strong long-term earning potential for candidates who want to continue building skills and take on more responsibility.
