This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, perform detailed validation, and support high-precision systems that are vital to data center performance. You will be responsible for verifying installation quality, conducting system calibrations, and troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical components to uphold the highest standards of reliability and safety. Conduct comprehensive validation and inspection of data center equipment, including sensors, vision inspection systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Verify adherence to schematics, technical drawings, and calibration standards using precision measuring instruments such as ohmmeters and calipers. Perform installation checks on low voltage and high voltage electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards. Utilize AutoCAD and other CAD tools to review layouts, schematics, and system configurations for accuracy before deployment. Support field service activities by troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control system issues in real-time. Calibrate sensors, distributed control systems (DCS), CNC machinery, and vision inspection systems to maintain optimal performance. Document validation results meticulously through detailed reports, logs, and incident reports to support quality assurance processes. Strong knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical systems, and industrial maintenance practices. Proven experience with industrial electrician tasks, including wiring, troubleshooting high/low voltage systems, and working with sensors and calibration tools. Familiarity with E & I (Electrical & Instrumentation) engineering principles and schematics interpretation. Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), distributed control systems (DCS), CNC machinery, and vision inspection systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing system layouts; experience with Calypso or similar calibration software is a plus. Ability to read technical schematics accurately and use precision measuring instruments such as ohmmeters or calipers effectively. Knowledge of manufacturing environments, industrial maintenance procedures, and field service operations. Background in military or similar disciplined environments is advantageous for safety-focused roles.
