About the Role Abba Staffing & Consulting Inc. is looking for Data Center Assembly Technician to support the assembly and installation of high-efficiency cooling systems used in data centers. This role involves hands-on technical work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities Assist technicians with the installation and setup of cooling equipment Perform duties aligned with a Data Center Assembly Technician , including basic wiring assembly and material handling Use basic hand and power tools under supervision Follow detailed instructions, safety guidelines, and site protocols Support equipment positioning and assembly tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to meet daily and project deadlines Work overtime as needed to support project timelines Requirements Valid work authorization Ability to pass a drug test Clear background check Ability to work 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday Willingness to work overtime as required Comfortable using power tools and performing physical work Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in construction, HVAC, mechanical, or installation roles Experience in industrial or technical environments Basic tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude Strong work ethic and reliability What We Offer $18/hour starting pay Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term potential Hands-on experience in the rapidly growing data center industry Training and on-the-job support
