Data Center Technician Locations:

Wenatchee, WA | Fairfax, VA | Colorado City, Texas | Multiple Locations Across the U.S. Onsite Opportunity We are seeking experienced Data Center Technicians to support large-scale datacenter deployments and network infrastructure implementation projects in multiple locations nationwide. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced team working on cutting-edge infrastructure and deployment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead rack builds and in-rack deployment activities based on design documentation Interpret rack layouts, elevation diagrams, and cabling schematics Perform and validate rack & stack activities for servers, storage, and network equipment Execute and verify structured cabling (fiber and copper), including basic testing/validation Install and validate power connections (single/dual feed, PDUs, load considerations) Implement and optimize cooling solutions:

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years of experience in datacenter or network infrastructure environments Proven experience in data center installations or similar hands-on technical role Strong understanding of rack infrastructure, server, storage, and network hardware Proficiency in structured cabling (fiber and copper) and cable management best practices Experience with power distribution within racks (PDUs, dual feeds, redundancy concepts) Working knowledge of cooling methodologies: DX airflow management within racks Direct-to-chip (D2C) liquid cooling systems (installation, connection handling, and basic validation) Experience with system deployment activities: What you didn't know about us: Competitive salary Health, Dental and Vision Benefits Short/Long Term Disability and Critical Care/Illness Protection Life Insurance and Retirement Plans Employee Assistance Program With this position, you will get the opportunity to work with our game changing clients and further advance your already valuable experience in the telecom industry!
