ForgeNow is seeking a Commercial Electrician with direct data center experience who is ready to step into an instructional role. This position is ideal for electricians who want to teach advanced electrical systems while enjoying a stable, professional, environment. As an Electrical Instructor , you will prepare students to work safely and effectively on mission-critical electrical infrastructure.Responsibilities:
Deliver instruction using ForgeNow-developed lesson plans Teach electrical theory, installation practices, safety, and data center-specific systems Maintain classroom safety, cleanliness, instructional flow, and professional standards Enforce school policies and testing integrity Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation, and student performance Manage electrical tools, PPE, and lab equipment Inspect and maintain lab equipment and tools Communicate supply, material, or instructional needs promptly Provide real-world examples from data center or large-scale construction projects Evaluate curriculum relevance and provide feedback for continuous improvement Demonstrate continuous professional and instructional development Perform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Education & Experience:
Strong leadership and instructional capability Excellent communication and organizational skills Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office required)Job Type:
