Job Summary:

We are seeking a technical professional to join our team and support mission-critical database platforms. Our team values expertise in the design, operation, and improvement of high-volume enterprise OLTP databases, ensuring robust data infrastructure and operational excellence across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the collection, normalization, and analysis of datasets across multiple data platforms. Assist in designing and building data service infrastructure to enhance scalability and maintainability. Lead process improvements by implementing automation and redesigning data infrastructure for performance optimization. Collaborate with analytics teams and contribute to incident prevention, runbook enhancements, and operational readiness projects.

Required:

Bachelor's degree minimum required. Hands-on experience designing and operating high-volume enterprise OLTP databases supporting mission-critical transactions. Advanced SQL proficiency and performance tuning experience with MySQL and Oracle. Operational experience with backup/restore validation, patch planning, monitoring/alerting, incident response, and runbooks.
