Contract-to-Hire Position Summary The Data Center Engineer serves as a senior technical leader within the Data Center Services organization. This individual works closely with leadership to develop solutions, coordinate activities across multiple teams, and provide technical oversight for critical infrastructure initiatives. The role requires a broad understanding of data center operations, infrastructure technologies, and organizational priorities. Key Responsibilities Lead infrastructure initiatives and complex technical projects Design and develop solutions for data center and infrastructure challenges Coordinate activities across multiple operational teams Partner with leadership to drive strategic objectives Evaluate and recommend infrastructure technologies and solutions Support operational planning and execution Provide technical mentorship and guidance across the organization Maintain visibility across monitoring, infrastructure, server, and operational functions Preferred Background Extensive experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments Strong understanding of servers, networking, storage, virtualization, and data center operations Experience leading technical teams or major initiatives Strong problem solving and decision making skills Experience working with infrastructure architecture and design Ideal Candidate Leadership presence Excellent communication skills Solution oriented mindset Broad technical knowledge across multiple disciplines Able to influence without direct authority Comfortable operating as a trusted partner to leadership To learn more about this and other positions, contact Michael Cooper at or .
