C2H Contract We are seeking a Data Center Technician with experience supporting Windows Server environments, hardware and software troubleshooting, infrastructure monitoring, and data center operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining server infrastructure, monitoring system performance, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the reliability of critical IT systems. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers in a data center environment. Monitor infrastructure performance, system availability, and alerts using enterprise monitoring tools. Perform hardware installations, upgrades, repairs, and replacement of servers, storage devices, and networking equipment. Support Windows Server administration, including user management, patching, and system maintenance. Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues. Perform routine health checks, preventive maintenance, and infrastructure audits. Coordinate rack and stack activities, cable management, and equipment deployment. Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes. Document incidents, maintenance activities, and operational procedures. Ensure compliance with security, operational, and data center standards. Required Qualifications Experience in Data Center Operations or Infrastructure Support. Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022. Experience with hardware diagnostics and server troubleshooting. Experience using infrastructure monitoring tools and alert management systems. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
