Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform. Lead technical design sessions, architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives, identify gaps between client's current and desired end states. Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce project, SFDC development using Apex classes, Visual Force, lightning framework, LWC and Salesforce APIs. Follow and help define coding standards. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed. Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation. Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required. Experience should include Six (6) months of working with Salesforce. Primary Requirements:
Master's degree in Computer Science /IT/Information Systems /Engineering (Any) or related field with Six(6) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or IT Analyst or Developer or Programmer or IT Engineer or closely related field.
Alternate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science /IT/Information Systems /Engineering (Any) or related field plus 5 years of progressive work experience in related field.
