Required Qualifications:
Design, develop, and execute data migration strategies and processes. Analyze source and target data structures and perform data mapping activities. Develop and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Manage and optimize DB2 database environments and ensure high performance. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities. Support database security, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes. Strong experience with Data Migration and DB2 databases. Experience working in IBM z/OS Mainframe environments. Proficiency in SQL and database performance tuning. Experience with ETL tools and data integration processes. Experience with AWS cloud services. Programming experience with Java and Python. Experience with large-scale enterprise data migration or modernization projects.
