Salesforce Functional Lead Role Descriptions:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Local to Dallas and should be in officesales| service certifications requiredFSC certification will be preferredBanking and financial services experience is preferredAbility to define the system landscape| to identify gaps between current and desired end-states| and deliver a CRM solutionworking knowledge in data migration and integrationDemonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead| work-stream lead| etc)Roles & ResponsibilitiesExecute quick POC Write user stories aligning to product capabilities of Financial Service cloud and experience cloudHands on work on the existing salesforce implementationLead defining and practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology implementing; experience leading executive discovery sessionsUnderstand requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce.comCreate documentation (e.g.| training| communications| release notes| user stories| test scripts| process flows) associated with Saleforce projectsActively co-ordinate and participate in SIT and UATCo-ordinate with business and IT stakeholdersOnsite-offshore co-ordinationReport regular progress on projectsTesting and training strategies
