Benefits may vary based upon position type and/or level. Job Summary Serves as a team member in completing facility and group enrollment applications. Tracks the flow of enrollment information throughout the Baylor Scott & White System and to government and commercial entities. Manages the computerized operations of the centralized enrollment database system for Central and North Texas. This includes data entry, creating reports, and maintaining software. Essential Functions of the Role Completes applicable applications and enters data into the enrollment database. Obtains necessary documentation to accompany application submission to ensure applications are completed as required. Communicates with the facility and representatives to ensure critical information is obtained or relayed about the submitted application. Scans and files or e-mails completed documents to appropriate contacts in a timely manner. Maintains records of all changes to facility or group status and demographics, and communicates to appropriate staff/departments. Plans and develops supporting documentation (agendas, minutes, reports, workflows, policies, etc.) as assigned. Follows departmental expiring document policy to ensure proper notification of expirations. Accesses sources to obtain or confirm updated documents. Enters renewal information in the database. Files a hard copy in the paper file and an electronic copy in the facility/group enrollment electronic file. Identifies and designs custom report needs for use in the department, and to fulfill data requests from others. Prepares scheduled and ad hoc reports for both internal and external customers according to established timelines and distribution lists. Uses database utilities to find data or structural integrity issues. Reports potential issues to the department manager or technical support staff. Reports product errors and user questions to vendor, and is a point of contact for bug corrections and user correspondence. Performs other position appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional, and courteous manner. Key Success Factors Excellent computer skills (MS Office, database maintenance). Proficiency in working with computerized databases. Proven organizational skills. Autonomous work management skills.
