Job Description

As Engineering Specialist - Data Centers for Shaw Projects & Modules, you'll drive growth by identifying opportunities to partner with GC', EPC's, OEM's and developers and building strategic partnerships that strengthen Shaw's market presence. What You'll Do Build and deepen relationships with facility operators, OEM's, project developers, and EPC firms. Represent Shaw at conferences, customer visits, and promotional events to elevate brand visibility. Collaborate with company leadership to develop strategy for data center market. Coordinate with operations and project execution teams to align scopes with technical capabilities and schedules. Support proposal documentation, commercial exhibits, and milestone payment schedules. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5-6 years in project design and engineering for data center facilities Strong communication/presentation skills; comfort engaging at all organizational levels. Thorough understanding of data center project phases and components of the data center Outgoing relationship-builder; collaborative and persistent. Ability to work as part of team
