Job Description

Minimum of five years of experience in database administration or a related Database Administration role. Five years of experience supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux v5/6/7/8. Strong experience in database administration, maintenance, implementation, migration, and upgrades in complex system environments. Extensive experience with Sybase ASE, IQ, and Replication (v16.x, v15.x, v12.x) database administration on Linux platforms. Strong knowledge of UDB/DB2, including HADR, database design, development, and maintenance. Strong working knowledge of DBA tasks with solid troubleshooting and analytical skills. IT experience with a solid understanding of banking domains and processes. Knowledge of job schedulers such as bash, Autosys, cron jobs, and similar tools.
