Job Description
To Apply for this Job Click Here This is a 24-week project supporting data center infrastructure installations and decommissioning activities. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with the potential for overtime (up to 56 hours per week).
Compensation:
Up to $24/hour, plus overtime opportunities.Job Location:
Ashburn, VA Key responsibilities include:- Installing and decommissioning network and cabling infrastructure within a data center environment
- Pulling, terminating, labeling, and testing copper and fiber optic cabling
- Fusion splicing (single fiber and ribbon fiber)
- Installing ladder rack, seismic bracing, and supporting MDF/IDF buildouts
- Operating testing equipment such as DSX 5000 and OTDR testers
- Reading blueprints, floor plans, and design documentation
- Installing, connecting, and decommissioning network equipment
- Troubleshooting cabling and connectivity issues while maintaining quality and safety standards We're looking for candidates with experience in structured cabling, data center environments, copper/fiber installations, and testing/troubleshooting.
