WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
Experience:
10+ years
Required Skills and Abilities:
Proven experience supporting operational and maintenance activities for production systems. Hands‑on expertise designing, building, and deploying database schemas, tables, procedures, and permissions. Experience developing database utilities, automation tools, and reporting solutions. Strong ability to analyze, forecast, and sustain capacity and performance requirements. Comprehensive experience with database administration, data imports/exports, and report development. Experience working with cloud‑based database platforms such as PostgreSQL or AWS RDS. Proficiency with database languages such as SQL or SQL/PSM. Experience with multi‑model enterprise database platforms such as Oracle Enterprise (12c or newer). Experience using collaboration and workflow tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint.

Polygraph Desired Skills:
A track record of delivering excellent customer service to both technical and non‑technical partners. Ability to clearly communicate and present technical concepts to diverse audiences. Experience implementing technology changes within established lifecycle management processes. Familiarity with obtaining system authentication and accreditation for environments containing sensitive data. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to thrive both independently and in collaborative, fast‑paced team environments while adhering to security best practices. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication capabilities. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to navigate competing priorities effectively.
