Salesforce Implementation Manager Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Implementation Manager to lead the design, deployment, and ongoing management of a Salesforce platform within a private equity-backed organization experiencing rapid growth through acquisitions . This individual will serve as both a hands-on administrator and technical lead , responsible for establishing a scalable CRM foundation, integrating acquired entities, and supporting long-term operational needs. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Implementation Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including initial system design and deployment Partner with business and executive stakeholders to define requirements and rollout strategy Configure core functionality such as pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and workflows Data Migration & Integrations Oversee complex data migrations from multiple legacy systems with inconsistent data structures Lead integrations across enterprise platforms, including NetSuite, UKG, and middleware (Celigo) Act as the primary technical subject matter expert, coordinating with internal teams and external partners Acquisition Integration Support onboarding and integration of newly acquired businesses into Salesforce Evaluate existing systems and standardize processes across a multi-entity environment Drive adoption and change management across distributed teams Platform Ownership Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator and system owner Manage system configuration, user access, automation, and reporting Provide ongoing support to business units and lead future integration initiatives Qualifications Experience within a private equity-backed organization undergoing rapid M&A activity Background in service-based industries (e.g., HVAC, roofing, restoration, garage doors, fencing, landscaping) Demonstrated expertise in: Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation Complex data migrations and system consolidation Integrations (NetSuite, UKG, Celigo preferred) Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL+) or similar service tools Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in system administration Core Competencies Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills Technical fluency across CRM, data, and integration architecture Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment Proven capability driving system adoption and organizational change
