Job Description

Job DescriptionTimmons Group is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager with a proven seller/doer mindset to lead our growing Data Center practice. This is a high-impact leadership role for an entrepreneurial engineer who thrives on building client relationships, winning work, and delivering exceptional projects.

As a key leader, you will:

Drive business development efforts and expand our strong client base.

Manage and grow client relationships while ensuring successful project delivery.

Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.

Position our Data Center practice for continued growth and innovation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a successful candidate include but are not limited to:

Lead civil engineering design for data center projects using Civil 3D and related software.

Oversee project execution, including design details, plan sets, and technical calculations.

Prepare specifications and cost estimates, review plans, plats, and construction documents.

Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources across multiple concurrent projects.

Support proposal development, marketing efforts, and strategic pursuits.

Mentor and supervise technical staff, promoting professional growth and accountability.

Skills/Requirements of a successful candidate include but are not limited to:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience).Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.10+ years of experience in civil site design with strong knowledge of state/local regulations.

Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.

Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and deliver projects on time.

Expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
