Entry-Level Data Center Technician

Data Center Technician East Wenatchee, WA W-2 Contract We are growing our Data Center Technician team responsible for building and supporting the data center infrastructure that powers cutting-edge AI and cloud computing technologies for a Fortune Top 20 global technology company. Start your career by shadowing experienced technicians while gaining paid hands-on training and real-world experience within large data center environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with installing servers, network equipment, and power units into server racks alongside experienced team members. Support hardware installation, replacement, and basic troubleshooting tasks. Run, organize, and label power and network cables neatly and safely. Use hand and power tools to complete equipment installation and assembly work. Follow safety procedures, checklists, and step-by-step instructions at all times. Maintain organized work areas and keep basic records of completed work. Work closely with team members to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Data center experience not required (training provided). Must be dependable, punctual, able to follow instructions, and eager to learn. Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and technology in a hands-on environment. Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the day. Required to have and wear composite or steel-toe boots. Able to work standard hours Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Must be able to pass a background check. Must have a reliable vehicle to commute to East Wenatchee daily and Quincy if needed.
