job summary: Looking for a Data Center Technician in Cheyenne, WY area. Join Our Client, a global leader in AI, cloud, and computing! We need an expert with a BS in Computer Science, 8-10 years of customer service experience, and deep hardware and software knowledge to innovate and shape the future of tech with us.
Oversee the building, testing, and modification of product prototypes utilizing working or theoretical computer simulation models.
Manage the testing and verification of hardware and support peripherals to ensure they meet the strict specifications of Our Client.
Confer with engineering teams to evaluate the interface between hardware and software, ensuring optimal system operational performance.
Provide constructive mentoring and direction to technicians, engineering designers, and other technical support personnel throughout the product development process.
