Duration:

6-month contract to hire through Insight Global

• this role will convert full time with the client at 6 months Required Skills & Experience
• Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
• 10, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience
• this can be reduced with completion of advanced education
• 5, or more, years of directly related Data Engineering experience
• Must be proficient in SQL development, database administration, and both RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) or equivalent.
• Must have a mastery of visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau or equivalent to present complex data insights.
• Strong coding skills for automation and data manipulation like Python, Java, C/C++, Perl or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and predictive modeling.
• Familiar with MBSE and incorporating AI into legacy systems to streamline data output Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) certification

Cloud-Specific Certifications:

AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Data Engineer.

The Data Architect will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing an organization's data architecture to ensure it supports strategic mission goals and vision. The Data Architect's primary mission is to create a supporting vision and blueprint for data management systems. This involves everything from the initial design to the long-term maintenance of the data environment. To be effective, the Data Architect must possess a deep understanding of database technologies, programming, and advanced analytics.

Job Responsibilities:
