Overview Abacus Technology is seeking a Knowledge Manager to provide data management support for the Air Force Intranet Control (AFINC) III Support program at Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities Maintain and administer the integrated data management system (MS SharePoint) for collection, control, publishing, and delivery of all program documents including: deliverables, white papers, status reports, RFIs, audit reports, agendas, presentation materials, minutes, and contract letters. Provide the Government with electronic access to this data, including access to printable reports. Qualifications 5+ years experience in data management. HS Diploma or GED. Must be Security+ certified. Experience utilizing SharePoint and IT Service Management Tools. Experience in drafting, reviewing and coordinating interagency agreements (e.g. MOU, MOA, SLA, etc.) in order to ensure maximum availability of services and capabilities, to include escalation to external organizations as needed. Experience supporting document reviews. Experience designing, developing, and analyzing data collection, storage, and management tools. Knowledge of and skill in various quantitative and qualitative data collection methodologies. Able to apply practical knowledge and understanding of the mission and work to learn and/or implement solutions. SharePoint content management experience required. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
