The Opportunity As part of the Data and Analytics team, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative data strategies that drive business growth. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge to guide large projects and drive operational excellence while fostering teams that perform at a high level. This role offers the chance to engage with executive stakeholders, influence data governance initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of our firm. Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor on large-scale projects, securing excellence in operations

• Analyze complex data sets to identify growth opportunities and insights
• Implement recommended practices in data management and analytics
• Guide teams through challenges, promoting a culture of problem-solving
• Confirm alignment of data initiatives with overall firm strategy What You Must Have
• Bachelor's Degree

• $280,000.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
