Job Description

Lease Administration Coordinator Nogales Property Management - Nogales, Arizona Nogales Property Management is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join our growing team as a Lease Administration Coordinator . This position plays a critical role in maintaining and organizing lease information, supporting property management operations, and assisting with the implementation of new software systems. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with information, documents, and technology, and who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and follow-through. Responsibilities Review, organize, and maintain lease agreements and related property records. Enter, update, and verify lease information within company software systems. Assist with the migration of lease and tenant information into new management platforms. Track critical lease dates, renewals, rent adjustments, and contract requirements. Maintain accurate tenant, vendor, and property records. Generate reports and provide administrative support to management. Follow up on missing information and ensure records remain complete and current. Assist with process improvements and administrative efficiencies. Support various property management and office operations as needed. Qualifications Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software systems quickly. Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, databases, or property management software preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor and positive attitude. Real estate, property management, contract administration, bookkeeping, or office management experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
