$150,000-$210,000 Per Year Description Join our team as a Director in Data Engineering, located in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time role involves leading data engineering initiatives, ensuring data governance, and managing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud platforms and data technologies. Key Responsibilities Foster a culture of continuous improvement through technical guidance and mentoring. Lead strategies to enhance data risk management and governance practices. Improve the trust and reliability of operational data-driven workloads. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure collaborative delivery. Oversee architecture, design, development, and testing processes. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with major cloud platforms. Proficiency in data technologies such as data processing frameworks and programming languages. Proven track record of leading high-performing data engineering teams. Deep understanding of data governance best practices.
