Data & Reporting Manager Onsite | Kern County | $110,000-130,000 We are seeking a Data & Reporting Manager to lead reporting, analytics, and data strategy initiatives while overseeing a team of BI professionals. This Data & Reporting Manager will partner closely with IT and cross-functional business teams to develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This Data & Reporting Manager position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on technical leadership with team management, process improvement, and strategic analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of Data & Reporting Manager:
Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and analytics solutions using Tableau or other BI tools to support operational and business decision-making. Write and troubleshoot SQL queries, resolve data source issues, and support overall reporting accuracy and performance. Partner closely with operations, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective reporting solutions. Translate complex business needs into scalable dashboards, reports, and data analytics solutions. Analyze existing processes and reporting workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and standardization. Take a big-picture approach to data and analytics initiatives, helping align reporting solutions with broader business goals and operational strategies. Support and maintain BI platforms, ensuring data integrity, usability, and reliability across reporting environments. Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Participate in cross-functional projects related to reporting, analytics, data governance, and process improvement. Troubleshoot issues, test solutions, and support ongoing enhancements to reporting systems and data infrastructure.
Qualifications of Data & Reporting Manager:
4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or data management. 4+ years of experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms. Strong experience translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights. Proficiency with SQL required; experience with data modeling and data warehousing is highly preferred. #LI-EM1 #
