You'll be working inside the systems that drive our growth helping build them, improve them, and make sure they actually work. Some days that means executing. You'll work closely with leadership and get a front row seat to how pipeline is built, how campaigns run, and how a growing company operates behind the scenes. What You'll Do

• Build and improve the data and systems that power outbound and pipeline
• Prepare and optimize audiences for outbound campaigns
• Own the accuracy and structure of our CRM (HubSpot)
• Maintain and improve workflows across tools like Asana
• Identify inefficiencies and help design better processes
• Support marketing, sales, and operational initiatives What We're Looking For You don't need to know everything but you do need to think.
