For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $160,800 - $241,200 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. As a trusted pre-sales technical advisor, you will influence architectures, systems, and product selections for data center applications. You will work hands-on with customers early in the design cycle to understand challenges and shape solutions that support the build-out and operation of their facilities. You will also identify potential offer enhancements and collaborate with Line of Business teams to drive innovation and growth. What You Will Do

• Deliver expert technical guidance across Schneider Electric's full data center scope
• Lead technical workshops and customer design sessions
• Collaborate with competency centers and LoB experts to bring the right technical resources to strategic accounts
• Influence future data center designs and technology adoption
• Coordinate with Global and Regional Application Centers to ensure alignment
• Support Account Managers with project proposals and solution scoping
• Manage technical domains including grid connectivity, MV/LV systems, UPS, HVAC/chillers, liquid cooling, rack systems, software, and services
• Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging Schneider Electric's digital portfolio
