Role Overview:

In this role, you will help ensure compliance by communicating with Independent Facilitators and Vendors to collect and verify required credentials and documentation. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to accurately manage and track information using Excel and other administrative tools. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed data tracking records and monitoring documentation status to ensure timely follow-up and compliance completion. This is a 60-day temporary position with the opportunity to extend the contract based on business needs and performance.

Skill Requirements:

Confidence in phone-based outreach Customer service experience with the ability to build professional relationships and follow up effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong organizational/data-tracking skills Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
