Job Description

Director, Data Management Introduction:
Tranzeal is seeking a Director, Data Management to lead enterprise-wide Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, Data Governance, and AI-driven data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Data Warehousing/Data Engineering and 5+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise data teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, optimization, and modernization of enterprise Data Warehouse solutions using AWS Redshift. Architect and manage ODS, EDW, Data Lakes, Data Marts, and Metadata Repositories. Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica IDMC and cloud-based data platforms. Drive Data Governance, Data Lineage, Metadata Management, and Data Quality initiatives. Ensure data security, compliance, performance tuning, scalability, and reliability across data platforms. Lead AI-driven data management and governance initiatives while partnering with business, compliance, and executive stakeholders. Manage large Data Engineering teams and provide technical leadership across enterprise projects.
