Job Description

Summary• We are seeking an experienced Senior SQL Server / SSIS Developer with strong expertise in SQL Server development, ETL solutions, data integration, and .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-scale databases, building SSIS packages, optimizing database performance, and integrating data across multiple systems. Healthcare industry experience and knowledge of interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and CCDA are highly preferred. •Responsibilities• Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases and enterprise data solutions.

Develop, deploy, and support SSIS packages for ETL processes and data migration projects.

Create and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.

Perform database performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing strategy implementation.

Integrate data from various sources including APIs, web services, flat files, cloud storage, and enterprise applications.

Develop and support REST APIs and .NET-based integration solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve database, ETL, and application-related issues.

Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained.

Support healthcare data exchange initiatives and interoperability projects. •Required Skills 8+ years of SQL Server development experience.

Expert-level T-SQL development including Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, and Triggers.

Strong experience with SQL Server performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.

Extensive experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).Experience designing and supporting ETL workflows and enterprise data pipelines.

Strong C# development skills.

Experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET Standard.

Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP web services.

Experience integrating data from APIs, XML, JSON, CSV, and other external sources.

Knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. •Preferred Skills• Healthcare industry experience.

Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and CCDA standards.

Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure SQL.Experience with Message Bus technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or MSMQ.Data Warehousing and Dimensional Modeling experience.

Experience with Power BI and reporting solutions.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS).
Pay:
$60.00 - $65.00 per hour
