Part-Time Data & Records Manager

Join Our Mission to Strengthen Families Raising Shasta (Shasta County Child Abuse Prevention Coordinating Council) is hiring a Part-Time Data & Records Manager to oversee data systems, reporting, and records management across programs. This role plays a key part in supporting program quality, grant reporting, and data-informed decision-making. What You'll Do Manage program data, databases, and Excel tracking systems Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry Review data for quality assurance and reporting compliance Prepare reports and summaries for internal and external use Support grant reporting and data requests Improve data collection processes and tools Train and support staff on data systems Who We Are Looking For (Required) Experience with data management or administrative systems Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Workspace High attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong communication skills Starting Pay, Hours, & Work Location $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience Part-time schedule (flexible based on organizational needs)
