This role establishes and maintains BIM standards, tools, and workflows across the firm while also serving as the Project BIM Lead on select projects. The position ensures consistency, quality, and efficiency in digital delivery while actively supporting project teams, clients, and consultants throughout all phases of work. BIM Leadership, Standards & Communication Develop and maintain firm-wide BIM standards, templates, and best practices Establish and enforce BIM execution plans for projects Ensure compliance with client BIM requirements and industry standards Lead continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows Lead recurring BIM coordination meetings Develop and maintain project BIM communication and execution plans Document and track key BIM decisions and project direction Maintain clear communication with project teams, leadership, consultants, and external stakeholders Project Support Serve as Project BIM Lead on assigned projects Assist in model setup, coordination, and troubleshooting Monitor model quality, consistency, and data integrity Ensure alignment with client BIM requirements and delivery standards Technology & Innovation Evaluate, implement, and manage BIM-related software and tools Administer cloud-based BIM projects (eg ACC/Forma) Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends Lead pilot initiatives for new tools, automation, and workflows Develop and manage content libraries and digital assets Training & Support Train staff on BIM tools, standards, and workflows Develop onboarding materials and training programs Provide ongoing mentorship and technical guidance Provide timely troubleshooting and resolution of BIM related issues Data & Quality Management Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of BIM data Implement quality control procedures and audits Support data extraction for analysis, visualization, and reporting Required Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical training, or a combination of education and related experience Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office and ACC/Forma Experience with Dynamo, C# or other scripting/automation tooling languages Experience with the AEC industry and client standards for BIM Experience leading a cross-disciplinary team in BIM execution Familiarity with project management related to BIM Ability to work and communicate effectively within project teams Strong organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management Minimum 7 years AEC industry experience, including large-scale, complex projects Familiarity with Rhino, Enscape and Lumion We are dedicated to the well-being of our employees, and we provide full benefits in addition to competitive salaries.
