Drive customer success and account health through proactive engagement, regular business reviews, and continuous alignment with customer priorities and expansion plans .Architect and operate self-contained, closed-loop operations workflows — covering ticketing, escalation, incident response, and post-incident review — designed to resolve issues from detection through closure with minimal external dependencies. Build, organize, and lead nationwide data center operations teams; establish 24×7 and 5×8 staffing structures, training programs, and KPI-driven performance management to ensure cross-site consistency and accountability. Define regional operations KPIs and design dashboards that surface service availability, incident resolution, and account health to both internal leadership and customer stakeholders. Lead technical escalation and incident response, including 7×24 on-call availability for critical incidents and coordinated cross-team resolution across distributed sites. Produce executive-level governance reports and lead recurring customer operational reviews; drive corrective actions to closure and translate operational insights into account growth opportunities. Required Qualifications 5+ years of data center operations or IT infrastructure experience, with at least 2 years in a multi-site or regional management role. Proven track record building and scaling data center operations teams under SLA-driven contracts. Direct experience as the primary operations lead for hyperscale large enterprise cloud customers, with demonstrated success in long-term customer relationship management. Demonstrated ability to design closed-loop operations workflows and stand up ticketing, runbooks, and KPI frameworks across distributed sites.
Industry certification:
PMP, CCIE, CCNP, VCP, or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting and customer-facing review leadership. Preferred Qualifications Scripting and AI-tooling skills (Python, LLM-assisted development) to elevate team-wide efficiency. Hands-on deployment experience with GPU servers and AI infrastructure. Bilingual English / Mandarin Chinese.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
