The importance of demonstrating the effectiveness of programs offered is valuable to the continuance of the mission of Moses House Ministries. Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Preferred). Experience working with database systems and spreadsheets in order to generate reports and tables highlighting specified outcomes. Advanced computer proficiency and data analysis and entry skills Knowledge of IT systems and installation. Basic computer programming skills are a plus. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills Able to manage confidential information and maintain accurate documentation Commitment to maintaining a positive working relationship with staff, mentors, and other volunteers, as well as with community partners to whom clients are referred for servicesProfessionalism:
Dependable, punctual with organizational and time management skills Solution based problem solving and conflict resolution skills Some evening or weekend hours may be required Ability to sit, stand, and move between class and office settings. Ability to lift materials up to 25 lbs. (curriculum supplies, childcare materials, etc.). Work takes place in office, community, and occasional home settings Travel may be required for training opportunities, Local travel may also be required.Responsible for:
Input data into proper database systems across granting requirements; Maintain data integrity across reporting data systems; Verify data integrity with client files to ensure accuracy; Manage data collection and input from partner agencies; Work with program staff to improve data collection points and resolve discrepancies; Create reports across data systems to analyze program effectiveness; Maintain accurate client files and systems; Attend staff meetings; Maintain a positive working relationship with other staff and volunteers, as well as with community partners to whom clients are referred for services; Other duties as needed that will benefit the clients served and contribute to the success of our mission.Compensation:
$21.00- $24.

Assist with and maintain the Marriage and Parenting Program, materials, logistics, and sites, and associated childcare services for classes. Recruit and prepare groups of potential participants for upcoming classes. Facilitate group-based Marriage and Parenting sessions throughout the High Desert region. Maintain highly effective education practices, building group cohesion and rapport with individual participants, ensuring positive outcomes for all parents in each group. Provide individual sessions and make-up classes based on availability of participants; some home-visits may be necessary. Provide case management services and assessments to participants interested in the MA & PA program. Coordinate with Project Director on monthly micro-workshops (R.O.O.T.S) for community outreach and program development. Collect and report to funding agencies and to Project Manager with appropriate marriage-education data and evaluation. Attend general client meetings, staff meetings, and other training meetings Interact with public at speaking engagements and other community outreaches, when scheduled, assisting with grant proposals and developing resources as needed. Maintain a positive working relationship with staff, mentors, and other volunteers, as well as with community partners to whom clients are referred for services. Other duties as needed that will benefit the clients served and contribute to the success of our mission.How to apply:
