Description:

Enterprise Architecture & Mission Mapping. Serves as Enterprise Architect for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining highly specialized and secure network architectures across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS enclaves supporting unique and advanced Space Force Systems, to include JTAGS, SIBS, and Ground-Based Radars (GBRs). Discovers existing space mission network topologies, interdependencies, and logical and physical connections to build accure mapping of Mission Relevant Terrain-Cyber in direct support of Defensive Cyberspace Operions and Current Operions (S63). Plays a pivotal role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and performance of networks th enable critical space-based missions, including sellite command and control, specialized sensor networks, and secure communicions infrastructure supporting critical space-based and terrestrial systems enabling assured space access and superiority. Specialize in Network Engineering and Implemention oversight, ensuring the robust cyber health and compliance of over 182 secure communicion devices across global locions. Research and evalues emerging network technologies relevant to Space Force missions, including sellite communicions protocols, quantum networking, laser communicions, and advanced encryption techniques to drive Future Operions (S65). Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relionships with HQ SF, SAF/CN, other CFC Directores, Space Systems Command (SSC), and Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM), Air Force MAJCOMs, AFSMO, USSTRATCOM, USSPACECOM, DISA, NSA, NRO, and other DoD agencies. Cultiving and sustaining relionships with Chief Informion Officers (CIO) for each of these agencies is paramount. Collabore with engineers, scientists, and other technical experts to integre network architectures with all MD 4 system and system support components, including sellites, leading Integrion Operions (S64). Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relionships with CFC staff, SBD 2, SSC, STARCOM, HQ USSF, USSPACECOM, USSTRATCOM, and

to ensure a consistent, bidirectional flow of critical cyber informion and the seamless execution of joint efforts. Directs operional control and execution by authoring Task Management Tool (TMT) actions, Operions Orders (OPORDs), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGORDs) to compel feedback, coordine tasks, and drive action across 17 subordine units and 11 geographically separed locions. Authors local cyber and communicions policies, standard opering procedures, and security classificion guides based on directive guidance handed down from CFC and

CYBERCOM.

Serves as the Director of the S6 Communicion Systems Directore, exercising executive-level supervisory and managerial authority over all functions and personnel within the directore. The Director is the principal advisor to MD4 leadership on all mters concerning informion technology, cybersecurity, and communicions systems, and is responsible for providing the stregic vision and leadership necessary to achieve the directore's mission. Approved baseline certificions include CISSP (Certified Informion Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Informion Security Manager), or GSLC (GIAC Security Leadership Certificion).
