Overview Bowhead seeks a Knowledge Management Specialist to support our customer on the
PICRD II
contract in Colorado Springs, CO. Responsibilities
- Maintain documents for any software, technical deigns, SOPs, manuals, and guides.
- Maintain documents related to planning including, but not limited to, operations plans, operations orders, program action directives (PAD), programming plans (PPLAN), the C4ISP, mobility plans, concept plans, blueprints, etc.
- Maintain a reference library of pertinent policies, procedures, documents, and architectures for future communication system planning.
- Provide technical writing and maintenance of the LCMP.
- Assist the Engineering and Compliance Teams to provide information to the Government using databases and other tools as required by
USSPACECOM
processes.
- Produce and submit meeting minutes, reports, and summary inputs according to deliverable 002.
- Provide Microsoft SharePoint Administrative and Management functions for
USSPACECOM
Digital Superiority Directorate (J6).
- Establish continuity procedures and a reference library of policies, procedures, documents, and architectures.
- Assist the Engineering and Compliance Teams to perform systems architecture, design, planning, and integration.
- Supports the development and review of CR/TS documentation for accuracy, completeness, and continuity.
- Compare requirements documentation with final technical solutions to validate final documentation for in a service design package meeting customer requirements.
- Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
- BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution fulfills the educational requirement.
- Over four years of technical experience.
- ServiceNow Management Experience
- Meets the Core and Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Tasks (KSATs) defined in the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework for Work Role 431 (
NIST:
OM-KM-001
).
- Ability to match the appropriate knowledge repository technology for a given application or environment.
- Knowledge of the capabilities and functionality of various collaborative technologies (e.g., groupware, SharePoint).
- Experience defining requirements, developing/finding technical solutions and work plans that are consistent with architectural and information system security guidelines and policies and developing local procedures explaining how to prepare and process communication system requirements.
- Experience in the design, build, implement, and maintenance of a knowledge management framework that provides end-users access.
